Friends of the Ketchikan Public Library

Friends of the Ketchikan Public Library Friends who care about our library. Who we are:
Friends who know that our community benefits from a first-rate library. Friends who care about libraries.

Friends who are interested in promoting the library by improving its services, resources, and community role. All money raised at our book sales supports the Ketchikan Public Library. We contribute funds to events or much needed items such as Storytime carpet squares, cubes for Book Club sets, and a plexiglass display case for Karl Amylon's Lego world map, and through collecting and submitting A&P receipts we fund refreshments for the teen program . We are a volunteer group and an organized 501(c )(3) non-profit. Officers are elected at our annual meeting in April.
