Someday, your kids may not remember what you served for Thanksgiving.
They may not remember the centerpiece.
They probably won’t remember whether the house was perfectly clean.
But they might remember this.
Everybody squeezed around the table.
Grandma sitting at the end.
The kids arguing over who gets the last roll.
Somebody laughing so hard they almost spit out their tea.
The stories that get told every single year.
The chair that always belongs to Dad.
And a table that has held your family through Thanksgiving after Thanksgiving after Thanksgiving.
That’s the kind of table I want to build.
Not just a piece of furniture.
A table with enough room for your people.
A table that feels like it belongs in your home.
A table that can take a beating, gather a crowd, and get more beautiful with time.
