Let’s talk through a custom order like this one. For this order we used custom colors and made custom numbers (we do a LOT of pet faces! Check out our Custom stories highlight):
1️⃣ message us on our custom form, explaining what you’d like us to design for you. (It’s super helpful to send us your IG name for the fastest communication.)
2️⃣ We email you back within 2 business days (most of the time it’s just hours, but hey, wiggle room is always good) and exchange photos if needed.
3️⃣ We make a timeline, you pay the design fee ($15/hour), and we start designing/sourcing materials if we do not already have what you want.
4️⃣We send prototype photos for approval, start production, final invoicing, and shipping.
Our timelines ebb and flow, so think ahead if you’re getting a gift or planning an event. We love custom orders and want you to be super happy with your goodies.
