Magic is always in the details. 🪡
When off-the-shelf trim just won’t do, we make our own! For these solid drapery panels, I created a completely custom, one-of-a-kind leading edge trim using a decorative cord to edge this stunning embroidered fabric.

It takes a little extra time, a lot of precise sewing, and a whole lot of love for the art of custom window treatments—but the finished look? Absolutely unmatched.

Another project in the books! These beautiful panels were originally made elsewhere, years ago. Unfortunately, dry cleaning damaged the original lining. Fortunately, we were able to save the face fabric and replace the lining just below the grommets. Now they will continue hanging beautifully for many years to come.

Designing for a returning client is the absolute highest compliment! I’m so thrilled to share this beautiful second nursery for a lovely family.

For the windows, we created custom Roman shades in a gorgeous linen-like fabric. I meticulously handstitched every inch of that geometric tape trim for a true artisan finish! They are also completely cordless and blackout-lined—perfect for safe, peaceful nap times. 🌙

The cozy reading nook features a custom, water-cleanable bench cushion (a nursery must-have!) and a subtle tiger-print pillow that perfectly ties into the window trim.

Hand-stitching is a labor of love, and the difference between a window treatment that looks "done" and one that looks truly refined. There is a certain rhythm to the slow task of hand-tacking pleats. While it takes significantly longer than machine stitching, it allows for a level of precision and a soft, couture finish that you just can’t achieve any other way. That needle and thread work ensures the pleats hold their shape perfectly for years to come.

In this project, the goal was seamless consistency. I installed a one-way draw pinch pleated drapery and paired it with matching valances. By mounting the valances at the exact same height as the drapery rod, the eye travels effortlessly around the room, creating a balanced, cohesive flow that makes the entire space feel more expansive.
It’s these small, artisan details—the ones you have to slow down for—that create a final product worth the wait.

It’s true what they say—artisan details really do make all the difference.

Every element of these custom panels was crafted with precision. Hand-stitched trim and meticulously finished hems ensure a flawless, tailored hang. Behind the scenes, high-quality napped lining works hard to protect the face fabric from sun damage while increasing light filtration and adding a luxurious, full-bodied volume to every fold.

A beautiful treatment also requires a strong foundation. These panels are styled on custom French return rods, securely mounted directly into the wall studs to guarantee maximum durability and a seamless, high-end finish.

Softening up the city! I absolutely loved working on this beautiful modern condo right here in Downtown Knoxville.

Industrial and modern spaces are stunning, but sometimes they need a touch of softness. For this project, we used natural elements and a gorgeous linen-blend fabric to bring warmth to the sleek lines of the home.

The highlight? A stunning ceiling-to-floor recessed ripplefold drapery that covers a brick wall in the bedroom, instantly making the room feel incredibly cozy and luxurious. I also fabricated a coordinating custom shower curtain to tie the whole aesthetic together. Everything was built with artisan-level care, right down to the invisible hand-stitched hems, and finished with a flawless installation.
