Of all the awards we can win, the Top Workplace Awards are the ones that mean the most. It means our team enjoys what they do and where they do it. We came in 2nd Place out of 30 for the Small Business category and were also awarded the Communication Award for our commitment to open communication. DIA is grateful to all our staff for their hard work and dedication to their craft.

Some projects touch your heart differently. This was one of those projects for our team. Lumen Flats is an apartment community designed to assist teens who have aged out of the foster care system. It provides access to housing as well as the support needed to transition into adulthood. Our staff was honored to provide design services for this project and enjoyed receiving this video of Thanks from the client.
