Universal Pizza Company 🍕 in Clinton, Tennessee reimagined their 3,178 sq ft space through strategic planning, intuitive guest flow, and a cohesive material palette.

Designed as a restaurant tenant renovation, the project was completed in 2024 with Christopoulos & Kennedy Construction Inc., creating a modern, brand-driven environment built for both performance and connection.

We're proud to be working alongside Emerald Youth Foundation as they take a transformative step in East Knoxville — acquiring the Five Points property on Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue to create a brand-new academic learning center for high school students 🙌

Today we're sharing some early concepts for what this space could become — a college-style facility with a full gymnasium, flexible meeting rooms, and spaces designed to fuel faith, learning, and opportunity, all within walking distance of four neighborhood schools.

This project is a testament to what a community rallied around a shared purpose can accomplish. We can't wait to share more!
