okay okay okay! The peach latte is going to stick around until I can’t find any more good fresh peaches! We all love it too much to let it go early. But I had to give my true love (🍅🍅🍅) some space on the menu.

It’s Nourish Knoxville restaurant week! Come try the T & T! I wanted to make something that highlights the produce in season and felt like nod to the end of summer.

T & T : tomato tonic
tomato syrup (tomato, blackberry, plum, basil) tonic water, bitters, ice, matcha, olive oil drizzle, lemon twist

- tomatoes from Thompson Farms New Harvest Farmers Market
- basil from a friend’s garden

We’re donating proceeds from the drink to Nourish Knoxville! We love Nourish Knox and all they do for our communities. I worked at a booth at the market for years and fell in love with how Knoxville supports each other. From farmer to business to consumers, we all need each other. Buying from local farms makes a huge difference in quality and in local economy. Did you know that Nourish Knoxville’s Farmers Markets has markets all over town and not just the Saturday one on Market Square? Check out where they are throughout the week!

We are so lucky to have such amazing makers and artists in Knoxville! Thank you to these friends for popping up!!

Don’t forget that this is also a pot luck! Bring a tomato dish to share! **Please be wary of where you buy and how you cook your produce! Buy from a local farmer if possible and use proper heating and washing to make sure we’re not spreading anything!**
