If you’re looking for someone who can talk flooring and probably talk about her dogs in the same conversation, you may have found Jessie!🐶

Jessie brings a warm, family-first personality to McCool’s and loves helping customers feel comfortable throughout their flooring journey. Outside of work, she’s a dog momma who loves the outdoors, painting ceramics, and most importantly Peanut M&Ms.

We’re glad to have Jessie on the McCool’s team!

There's always something new to learn! We enjoyed having Mallory Toliver with Mohawk Flooring spend some time with our team for a SmartStrand training session.

We love opportunities like these to learn, ask questions, and grow together. And here's a fun fact we learned along the way: SmartStrand is the only carpet brand with styles certified by the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA).

A big thank-you to Mallory for sharing her knowledge with us!✨

Meet Karleigh, one of the friendly faces helping customers find their way through the world of flooring!

As a Residential Sales Associate in Kokomo, Karleigh brings plenty of personality to the showroom. Outside of work, she’s a dog and betta fish mom, a houseplant lover, a gamer girl, member of the Cool Aunts Club, and a sweet tea enthusiast.

We’re happy to have Karleigh on the McCool’s team!🤩

You’ll know Raegan when you meet her! She brings plenty of personality wherever she goes!🌿

As part of our Team Development efforts, she loves helping our people grow and making McCool’s a place where people enjoy coming to work. Outside of McCool’s, she’s a lover of Jesus, dog mom, equestrian, houseplant hoarder, and self-proclaimed professional yapper.

There’s never a dull moment when Raegan is around!
