Just completed this stunning ocean-front remodel in Poipu! This condo was in desperate need of a major re-do, and it is now the gem of the neighborhood! The extensive remodel work included new electrical wiring, plumbing, flooring, cabinetry & built-ins, appliances, fixtures, furniture & decor. New soffits were created to allow for much-needed lighting in the ceilings, where the cement structure prohibited it before. Crisp white ship-lap walls give the space a very "modern beach" vibe, and the color scheme plays off of the ocean views which are the key feature of this condo. Special touches include the custom-made "fish scale" kitchen backsplash tile, and a crushed marble countertop with oyster shells & float glass. No detail was overlooked with this project and the custom touches make it truly one of a kind. The clients wanted it to feel "happy, fun, bright and cheerful!" I think it is just that!!
