Almost there! Just need to block it and put it in my fan frame. My skull lace fan has been fun to work on. My eyes do need a break but my craft lamp helped a ton.

More Rubber Duckies. These were made while on a flight back & forth last week & promptly gifted in my local Buy Nothing Group. It’s one of my favorite things about where I live that we have a lovely group of community people always gifting things. This is also 292 - 294 of my gratitude gifts as I ended up gifting my little voodoo doll from my purse during my trip so that became 291.

More Flower Power granny squares. This time I am actually working on a semi monochromatic blanket for me. Each skein is supposed to be 12 squares but I am still getting 13.

I like that all the colors are in one skein so I don’t need other skeins for a single project. I was able to take this with me last week and crochet during my flight.

First of all… who knew there were so many songs about tacos? 🌮🌮 It’s taco time! More additions to my gratitude project we are at 286 with these now. The pattern is Happy Little Taco by MelissasPatterns on Etsy & Ravelry. Another one of my favorite patterns. This one is a little diva. 💋 The yarn is 100% cotton yarn which I love. The safety eyes and red lips buttons are off Amazon.

This crochet thread reminds me of Tia Martha. She’d use it to make tablecloths and doilies and honestly I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to learn from her all the things that she taught me. She first and foremost took on the role of Mom when mine wasn’t here in the physical realm to do it herself. She then made sure that regardless of all the nonsense going on that I had a heart to call home. I’m currently working on this skull lace fan with a tiny hook. My eyes are getting cross-eyed 😹 but it’s looking good so far. Once done I’ll block and attach to the frame.

I was making this card last night with the free embossing folder and dies that came with my Spellbinders scout and realized everything matched. My glassboard is also succulents with green and purple. When all the things coordinate I call that harmony.

My crafty log year in review. All the things I made & read in 2025. I still have a few WIPs to finish & there are always more books to read. My one personal goal this year was to read more books & support local libraries. I accomplished both those goals. Cheers to getting to the end of 2025 in one piece & may 2026 bring more blessings to us all. May we be open to learning new things whilst mindfully moving in the direction of our dreams. May we continue to evolve & teach too. May we live & love bigger than we could imagine & find ways to give back, journey more & find the peace within the chaos.

Mr. Figaro approves of this Black Car Diamond Art Kit. He just wishes it had a little more white to represent him better. The glow in the dark eyes are amazing. Just need to paint the frame black so I can swap in different ones.
