A chance visit to The Grand River Dental gave us the shock of a lifetime! They had just completed the construction of almost a thousand square feet of renovated AND new space! More specialty offices for new employees and a massive new state-of-the-art Lab.
And our timing could not have been more perfect if we tried! They needed Simply The Best Interiors to finish all the detail work.
Grand River Dental is truly the feather in our cap and we were so glad to help them finish these last few details this year.

On December 28th, 2013, Cowboy David & I met Dr. Leo & Lynn at a "project" site they were working on in LaCrosse. As we walked in, I was overwhelmed. I hardly spoke for the next 30+ minutes as well as the next couple hours as we joined them for supper at The Waterfront. 17½ foot high ceilings, over 5000 square feet of empty (LITERALLY EMPTY) space, no fixtures, no electrical, no plumbing. Literally nothing. That wanted me to help, and lead, and guide them though the construction and completion of his new offices, classroom, warehousing, and practice. I shared the whole process with y'all back then & have written about it often since.
David needed a tooth worked on recently so we, of course, called our friends at Grand River Dental. While we were there we found out about their recent expansion into a large former art gallery next door to the south. We got a tour & everyone kept mentioning how "it wasn't finished" or that "this area needs work."
I just finalized a proposal with Dr. Leo today. Cowboy Joe & Simply The Best Interiors to the rescue! Folks, it is time for The Design Project of The Century 2.0!!!

Not every Simply The Best Interiors project is a whole house redo.
Sometimes, taking out a window, replacing it with a door, grabbing an 8' by 8' corner of rarely used front porch, adding proper insulation and flooring and drywall and a gorgeous ceiling treatment, can be as equally soul transformative. Now everything in this home office "command center" has it's proper place. And all is well with the world again.
