When we are designing spaces for our clients, we hand select the slabs keeping many things in mind. Not only are we looking for something that suits the function of the space, but we also need to ensure the size of the slab will work with the design. In this case, we had a 10’ island with an 1.5 edge detail, so we were in search of a 130” slab to avoid having a seam on the kitchen island!

AI can be a great visualization tool but keep in mind that although you can create a beautiful image, it isn’t always accurate or even buildable. If you are investing in a major remodel or new build, having a designer who understands use case, space planning and all of the nuances of how materials will endure is invaluable. A brand new concept for a sleek steam shower head, which doesn’t require special equipment, was introduced by in style this week in Milan. Their new introductions were presented accompanied by music, singing, aperol spritz and risotto. 🤌

Imagine getting a facial every day in the shower. No promises you will come out speaking Italian, but it’s highly possible 😆

So many people remodel the rooms everyone sees and leave their own primary bathroom for last.
Yet this is where you start and end every day. This room needs to function and feel good to be in! Imagine starting your day with soft music, heated floors, and a nice steam shower. Then, getting ready with the perfect lighting at your vanity. Imagine ending your day with a relaxing bath and instead of looking at the mildew growing in the corners of your shower, you enjoy a beautiful marble slab! Can you relate?
