What a bittersweet feeling it is to not be able to shop at my favorite store anymore 😭

Torrid has been my GO-TO for at least a decade.
So many outfits, so many memories, and honestly one of the first places that made me feel confident while learning how to love myself through different seasons of life 🫶🏻

But after losing so much weight… they don’t even carry my size anymore 🥹

It feels exciting and emotional all at once. Like closing a chapter I never thought I’d outgrow.

So thank you for the years and the beautiful clothes, Torrid 💖
I guess it’s time for me to move on lol 😭✨

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mamas out there 💐💖

To the moms running on little sleep and big love…
the ones wiping tears, making snacks, folding tiny laundry, giving endless hugs, and somehow still holding everything together day after day —
this day is for YOU. ✨

Motherhood is beautiful, exhausting, emotional, healing, overwhelming and precious all at once.
And truly… motherhood is holy work.

There’s something deeply sacred about the way mothers give of themselves for their children.
We carry them, nourish them, comfort them, and pour ourselves out daily so they can grow and thrive.
It’s a love rooted in sacrifice — gentle, fierce, and life-giving all at once.

And even on the hardest days, seeing those beautiful big eyes look up at me in love makes it all worth it.

I’m especially grateful today.
This is my second Mother’s Day, and my sweet hubby has gone out of his way to make it such a special one for me 🥹🫶🏻

Watching him love me while I learn and grow into motherhood has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.

And my son… whew 😭💖
That sweet boy completed my life in ways I can’t even fully put into words.
Motherhood has made me feel whole. Every exhausting, beautiful, overwhelming moment has been worth it just to be his mama.

So today I’m just feeling very thankful.
For my little family.
For this season of life.
And for the blessing of being called “Mama.” 🌷✨

Hey friends 💖✨

I just wanted to pop on and say I know I’ve been a little quieter lately.

Life has gotten so full since the start of the year —
especially with my little one turning one 🥹

Now that he’s walking, he’s into EVERYTHING 😅
And he needs my full, undivided attention right now.

But more than that…
I don’t want to miss this season.

These moments are going by so fast, even with me being home with him every day.
He’s growing right in front of me, and I just can’t let these sweet milestones pass me by.

My favorite part lately?
The random hugs and kisses 🥹
He’ll just walk up to me on his own and love on me out of nowhere… and it melts me every single time.

He’s so arm spoiled 😅 but also starting to love playing on his own, and getting to watch that balance grow is just the sweetest thing.

And if I’m on my phone too long?
Ohhh he lets me know 😭
That little look like, “uh mom… what about me?” 🥹

And that right there puts everything into perspective.

So if things feel a little slower over here, just know it’s because I’m pouring into my family while still working behind the scenes when I can ✨

Luna Cat Crafts isn’t going anywhere —

One thing I’ve always found interesting is that the phrase “do not be afraid” appears in the Bible around 100 times.

That’s not an accident.

God knew we would need that reminder again and again.

The world can feel heavy sometimes.
Scary sometimes.
Uncertain sometimes.

Recently, something happened while I was on one of my walks that felt a little unsettling.

Nothing bad happened —
but it was one of those moments where your spirit becomes very aware.

Earlier that week I had a dream that left me with a strong sense to be cautious.
Dreams have always been one of the ways I feel God nudges or prepares my heart, and I’ve learned not to ignore that quiet prompting.

So when that moment happened on my walk, I listened.

I felt led to move closer to the light and toward safety — and I did.

The entire time, I felt covered.

It reminded me that faith doesn’t mean pretending danger doesn’t exist.
It means trusting that God gives us discernment, wisdom, and guidance when we need it.

The world may feel uncertain sometimes.

But we don’t walk through it alone.

“When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.” — Psalm 56:3

Ready to plant new things.
Ready to finish what I’ve been working on.
Ready to clear space for the ideas that have been waiting to sprout.

In my garden.
In my home.
In my business.
In me.

More discipline.
More peace.
More follow-through.

Lately, there’s been so much heavy in the world.

Scandals. Corruption. Fear.
Things that make you shake your head and say, “What is even happening?”

And no — I’m not ignoring it.
I’m not uninformed.
I care deeply about justice and truth.

But I also know this:

There is already enough darkness being shared every second of every day.

So on my page?
In my home?
In my heart?

I’m choosing to magnify God.

Not because I don’t see the chaos.
But because I know Who sits above it.

The world feels loud.
Christ is steady.

The news changes hourly.
His Word does not.

If anything, the scarier the world feels…
the more intentional I want to be about pointing people to hope.

We don’t fight darkness by staring at it.
We fight it by turning on the Light.

So if you’re here for encouragement, faith, and reminders that God is still sovereign —

This is just the surface.

Running a toddler schedule, food tracking, workouts, business content, meal plans, crocheting, wife-ing, mom-ing…

But somehow still forgetting to log my own dinner
and do my self care 💀

Even though I made this page back in 2020, I didn’t really start showing up consistently until this past year —
and wow… what a difference that’s made.

From the very first like, to every sweet comment, share, order, and encouraging message… y’all have helped turn a simple creative outlet into a cozy little community that I truly love being a part of 🫶🏻✨

Today we’re celebrating the man who supports not only our family — but this little business, too.

You are such a loving, patient, steady presence in our lives.
From encouraging my creative ideas to stepping in as the best dad to our sweet boy, you show up in ways that don’t always get seen —
but never go unnoticed.

We’ve known each other for 17 years — even before we were “us.”
Together for 4. Married for 1.
And I’m so grateful God brought our paths back together the way He did.

Watching you on stage, doing what you love, is one of my favorite things.
And seeing our little boy already drawn to music just like you?
That’s something special. 🎸
