Bought this sweater from Walmart for $7.50 this morning as I left work. Chopped it up just a tad to fit over the shoulders paired over a mini black dress or a black skirt or dress pants would work also.

You want to give illusion of being longer/ taller than you are then bring your thigh high boots down to knee high allowing a little more skin/leg to show. It helps make it seem like you legs are longer and you’ll look slightly taller. See last pics for example
