Let’s take a little time to pause, stretch, and dream together before the new year begins. We’ll start with an hour of yoga to shake off the old and make space for what’s next. After that, we’ll gather around for some creative time making vision boards — a fun, hands-on way to set intentions and imagine the year ahead.

All supplies will be provided along with tea. Just bring your yoga mat, a comfy outfit, and any old magazines or pictures you’d like to include.

No yoga or art experience needed — just come as you are and enjoy a relaxed, inspiring morning.
