When you first step into this Emerald Bay home, you’re welcomed by a thoughtfully layered space showcasing meaningful pieces collected over the years. Instead of a traditional foyer, the home’s unique layout wraps around the tree, with French doors opening out onto the patio from every room. We embraced this layout and created a more dimensional living space by extending the paneling to the ceiling, installing pocket doors in the den, and repositioning the staircase, making the home’s entrance more family-friendly and functional.
Just up the stairs, you’re drawn into the primary suite where a sunlit corridor links the bedroom, bathrooms, and sitting room. A vintage Adnet lamp rests atop a petite Paolo Buffa vanity repurposed as a writing desk, offering a peaceful spot to take in morning views of Emerald Bay.
