I made this absolutely stunning, beautiful homemade sourdough bread. This one was a Parmesan and herb sourdough bread. It was absolutely scrumptious and delicious. I then also made the crispy beautiful chicken with my fried daddy. This one had flour and cornstarch and seasonings and I did a buttermilk well actually it was technically Kiefer not buttermilk as the buttermilk marinade with a whole bunch of seasonings and it was so good. The chicken tasted so yummy and it came out so crispy and crunchy. I even updated my Frank’s red hot sauce. I added Frank’s red hot sauce I added, minced garlic. I did one whole lemon I added pepper Butter and gave it a whole mix and it was absolutely delicious sauce. I could’ve ate it by bucket fulls. I also got some beautiful green, leafy lettuce that I washed and then I stuck in the refrigerator so it got nice and crispy and cold. I added some organic shredded carrots to my salad. I then also added crispy fried shallots if you have not had these, these are the absolute best thing ever they are so delicious and scrumptious all you do is you just thinly sliced the shallot and you put them in a shallow pan with olive oil the olive oil must cover the top you heated on like a medium low setting for about 20 minutes until they’re nice and golden and crispy then you take them out of the oil and you salt them And they are the best tasting complement to any crisp cold salad. It taste like 1 million bucks. it is absolutely scrumptious and then I always save the shallot oil because it is just infused with so much flavor.

Parmesan and herbs with crispy onions sourdough homemade bread! 🍞 🤤

This Parmesan, Rosemary & Oregano Sourdough Bread was absolutely DIVINE! 🤤🍞🧀🌿 Fresh rosemary and oregano, finely chopped and folded into the dough with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano during stretch and folds, followed by crispy fried onions added during lamination. The result? A beautifully crispy, crunchy crust with a soft, airy, bouncy, flavorful interior that I literally could NOT stop eating! 😍🔥

For this loaf, I skipped the cold fermentation, rolled it up after lamination, let it rest for about an hour, and baked it to golden perfection. I slightly overproofed this loaf, but honestly, it was still phenomenal! Sometimes the most delicious creations come with a few imperfections. ❤️ My family is loving every bite, and I will absolutely be making this one again!

✂️ Watch me cut into this beauty and see that incredible soft, bouncy crumb paired with that crispy, crunchy sourdough crust! 🤤

🍕 EASY PEPPERONI PIZZA LUNCH IDEA! 🍕

Who says lunch has to be boring?! These little Pepperoni Pizza Lunch Bowls are SO easy, affordable, and delicious! 😋

I used soft, mini Stonefire naan-style rounds as my pizza base because they’re soft, yummy, and the perfect size for a quick little pizza lunch. I added Classico pizza sauce, my favorite 4-cheese blend, and sliced deli pepperoni—and that’s it! ❤️

And of course, use whatever you love! 🧀 You can use Kraft, Sargento, freshly shredded mozzarella, mozzarella pearls, queso fresco, or your favorite cheese. For the pepperoni, use Hormel, deli pepperoni, or whatever you already have in the fridge. Keep it simple and make it your own!

These would also make the CUTEST packed lunch! 🥰 Put the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni into little containers, pack the soft pizza round separately, and let the kids build their own mini pizza lunch. And honestly…these are totally adult-approved too! 😂🍕

PLUS…my little kitchen assistant decided to help himself to some pepperoni during filming. 😹🐾 Don’t worry—I removed that piece! 😂

Easy. Affordable. Fun. DELICIOUS. ❤️

Save this idea for your next easy lunch! 🍕✨

Happy national day!

Brown Butter Bakery-Style Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪🤎

These are hands down some of the BEST homemade chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever made! They’re thick, gourmet bakery-style cookies with crispy golden edges, soft and gooey centers, pools of melty chocolate, and just the right touch of flaky sea salt. The browned butter, vanilla bean paste, and hint of coffee make the flavor incredibly rich without tasting like coffee.

Ingredients

Brown Butter
• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

Coffee Mixture
• 2 ounces hot water
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee
• 1 teaspoon Dutch-process cocoa powder

Wet Ingredients
• 1 cup packed light brown sugar
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs, room temperature
• 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste (or pure vanilla extract)

Dry Ingredients
• 2½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ¾ teaspoon salt

Chocolate

Use your favorites! I used:
• About ¼ cup white chocolate chips
• 1 Lindt milk chocolate bar, chopped
• 1 Lindt dark chocolate bar, chopped

You can also add chopped nuts, toffee bits, candy pieces, or any chocolate you love!

Directions
1. Brown the butter by melting the butter in a sautĂŠ pan over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown and nutty. Cool it before using. You can speed this up by placing the pan in a larger pan filled with ice water or transferring the butter to a bowl and refrigerating for about 10-15 minutes. It should be cool and slightly thickened, similar to room-temperature butter.
2. In a small bowl, combine the hot water, instant coffee, and Dutch-process cocoa powder. Stir until dissolved and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, cream together the cooled browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar for about 2 minutes until light, fluffy, and increased in volume.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Mix in the vanilla bean paste.
6. Add 3 tablespoons of the coffee mixture and mix until combined.
7. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
8. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in three additions, mixing only until just combined. Don’t overmix—a few streaks of flour are perfectly fine.
9. Fold in your chopped chocolate and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
10. Cover the dough and chill for 30 minutes.
11. Scoop the dough using two cookie scoops per cookie (or about 3-4 tablespoons each) and roll into large balls.
12. Place the dough balls on a parchment-lined tray or container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Overnight is even better for deeper flavor!
13. When ready to bake, preheat your oven to 350°F.
14. Place 6 cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving plenty of room between them.
15. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers still look slightly soft.
16. If needed, gently shape the cookies into perfect circles immediately after baking using a spatula or a round cookie cutter.
17. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while still warm.
18. Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for about 3 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool for another 10-15 minutes.

Storage Tips
• Refrigerate the cookie dough for up to 2 days before baking.
• For longer storage, freeze the dough balls in a freezer-safe bag or container.
• When you’re ready for fresh cookies, thaw the dough overnight in the refrigerator and bake as directed.

These cookies are everything you want in a bakery-style chocolate chip cookie—crispy edges, soft and chewy centers, rich caramel notes from the browned butter, and melty chocolate in every bite. They’re perfect for sharing… if they last that long! 🤎🍪

Cake pops made fabulous! I should have taken the photos in better lighting but they turned out beautiful! They were red velvet cake with white chocolate chips. Inside they had white almond bark on the outside a purple almond bark drizzle some edible almond bark decorations and then I’d also did this metallic gold luster dust I dusted the white almond bark and then I made a drizzle with the metallic gold edible luster dust and some fresh squeeze lemon and this makes it perfect like sprinkle effect to the cake pops. I also added some dye free sprinkles and they were absolutely beautiful. I used acrylic cake pops like sticks so you don’t get that nasty wood after taste.
