Our Story

Ida York Design Group, Inc. started as Ida York Interior Design in 2009. Ida started the company while she looked for work during a bad economy (I am sure many relate to that!) It started with one referral, that lead to another one and then another and 2 years later she embraced that fact that she was self employed. Since then, Ida and her team have worked on hotels, restaurants, bars, breweries, condo’s and houses. It’s been an exciting (nearly) 10 years. Today, Ida and her great team of assistants, designers and admin can be found in Lake Oswego, OR, working on specifications or meeting with contractors and owners. Ida likes to say that she offers “real design solutions.”
