Our home & our subconscious mind share a relationship & a common language.

If we don’t understand the language, we’re at the mercy of whatever it communicates, whether we realize it or not.

Once we learn to translate the language, we open up a whole new world of opportunity for our life, as we get to access & reprogram the outdated thought patterns set within the subconscious mind.

If we have 50,000-75,000 thousand thoughts every day...& if 95% of those thoughts happen within the subconscious mind, that means the majority of our thoughts are unbeknownst to us.

So if thoughts become things & were unaware of 95% of 50,000-75,000 thoughts, doesn’t it sound like we’re haphazardly moving through our life, subject to some unknown force?! If so, we’re living a life we’re only 5% in conscious control of?

This is why we self sabotage. This is why our inner critic is counterproductive to our efforts & intentions. This is why outdated beliefs, old stories & memories keep us small & block us from the change we so deeply desire.

Yet if we can tap into the 95% & make those subconscious thoughts more conscious, doesn’t it seem possible we can change the 95% in our favor?

Good news! It’s totally possible! That’s what my work & process is all about! You, what you want & addressing the obstacles blocking your path, while aligning the subconscious mind & your home with your vision of an “ideal” life.
