Your clients experience emotions and memories and expectations.

They’re thinking about what they want from the home’s sale. And no matter how much you guide your clients through the process, they have resistance to “turning into a marketing rep” for the house.

While it seems homebuyers would see “how much” can be stored in a pantry or a closet, the visual actually has an opposite affect on homebuyers.

The more visual space you allow in storage areas (approximately reducing items by 2/3) helps buyers see the potential for their things.
