Ingredients:

1 lb cooked chicken, shredded or diced
12 oz rotini or penne pasta
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup flour (optional for dredging)
Cooking spray

Directions:

In a bowl, combine BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken tenders and coat well.
(Optional) Dredge tenders in flour for extra crispiness.

1 large egg, beaten
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip chicken pieces into the flour mixture, then the beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle olive oil.
