A little reminder from the person behind the business ❤️
Ive been running this business for over 3 years with no issues, but somehow in the last few months I've gotten a few problems so I wanted to put this out there.
If you’re looking for someone who can respond instantly or make everything look *exactly* like the perfectly staged or AI pictures you see online, I may not be the person for you. And thats OKAY!
I work a full-time job, I run this business on the side, and most importantly, I’m a mom. I’m one person doing my best to balance work, my kids, my home, and this business that I genuinely care about.
I will always do my best to provide quality work, communicate with my customers, work with time restraints and pick ups, and make things right when something genuinely needs to be fixed. But I’m also human. Mistakes happen. Things sometimes take longer than expected. REAL LIFE happens.
What I WONT tolerate is being spoken to disrespectfully, unreasonable expectations, or customers making me feel like I’m not good enough because I’m not operating like a huge company with a whole staff behind me.
If you’re patient, understanding, respectful, and willing to work with a small business owner — I appreciate you more than you know. ❤️
But if you already know you’re going to be a difficult or disrespectful customer, I am not your person. I’d rather be upfront about that now than have a bad experience for either of us.
Thank you to everyone who supports my little business, understands that there’s a real person behind it, and continues to choose me. It truly means the world. 🫶🏼
