One thing is for sure, you never quite know what I’m up to 😂😂

Remember when I made my bread dip?? Well I told some customers that I use that seasoning mix on all my burgers, steaks, chicken etc.
you guys must be loving it because I’ve sold out of it 3 times now.

I figured now was the time to get some shaker bottles in and try to keep more in stock for everyone. Who knows maybe eventually I can come up with some more flavors too.

I’m hoping to have enough filled this weekend for sale

When I first started making croutons I had no intention on selling them. I was making them just for myself to snack on while I was still bartending. Fast forward a year and I can never not have croutons available.

I just added it up and in the past 3 weeks I have made over 60 pounds of croutons. I currently have 25 pounds to sell this week.

Working on a busy busy week

I am still down a fridge so I will not be able to do as much as I normally do. Hopefully we get something figured out soon.

Until then I am trying to come up with some other ideas that I can offer.

Hi friends, sorry for the long post, but please read all

I’ve got some not so great news.
My beautiful, very expensive, very big 3 year old fridge died.
Also last month I had a freezer die. Well the freezer was ok but that meant I had to convert my standup fridge I use for the bakery into a freezer to keep all our meat good.

Sourdough bread goes into the fridge after you bulk ferment and shape it for 8-48 hours before you bake it. I still have 1 fridge I can use but I don’t have a lot of space. With that being said I am sorry but breads will be limited this week.
Currently I have some ready to be baked but I fear they are going to be overproofed from being in the warm fridge.
I will try make some other things to make up for it. And will be posting as I bake so if you need me to save you something you can let me know.

Of course I was planning on going back to the pdc farmers market this year, and planning on a busy weekend at red barn and Lansing farmers market with the motorcycle rally coming to town. Isn’t that the way it always works.
