🖤 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT | C&R CREATIONS 🖤

Due to another devastating loss in our family, C&R Creations will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, October 28, as we attend services and take time to be with our loved ones.

During this time, I will not be responding to messages, checking comments, or handling business inquiries. I kindly ask that you respect our privacy and allow us this time to grieve.

We plan to reopen Thursday, October 29.

📦 PENDING PICKUPS: If you have already received a message confirming that your order is ready, it is available for pickup in your assigned drawer. You may pick it up as instructed.

This year has brought more heartbreak to my family than I can put into words. We are navigating some incredibly painful times, and while I do my best to keep my small business running, right now my family needs me more than anything.

I sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, respect, and continued support.

Please keep me and my family in your thoughts and prayers as we face yet another heartbreaking goodbye. 🕊️🖤

With gratitude,
C&R Creations

💚 Happy Saturday & World Mental Health Day! 💚

Today, October 10th, we observe World Mental Health Day, and this year, it hits a little differently for me. 🥹💚

Between working full-time, running my small business, managing everyday responsibilities, breaking my foot, and then just a few days later experiencing the most devastating loss of my life, losing my dad on September 9, 2026, life has been incredibly overwhelming.

Losing my dad has affected me in ways I cannot even begin to explain. Emotionally, mentally, physically, I am exhausted. I am grieving, I am hurting, and I am still trying to figure out how to navigate life without him while continuing to show up for everyone and everything.

But today, I am choosing to show up for MYSELF. 💚

Today, I am choosing rest. I am choosing peace. I am choosing to give my mind, my heart, and my body a much-needed break.

C&R Creations will be CLOSED today, Saturday, October 10th, in observance of World Mental Health Day. We will reopen Monday, October 12th.

📌 A few reminders:

* All completed orders scheduled for pickup are in the porch pickup drawers. Customers have already received their pickup instructions.
* I will NOT be responding to messages, accepting orders, or working on any orders today.
* All business-related messages will be answered when I return on Monday.

I love what I do, and I am beyond grateful for every single person who supports my small business. But today, I need to remind myself that I am a person before I am a business owner. ❤️

And I want to remind YOU of something, too.

Take care of yourself. Spend time with your family. Hug your loved ones a little tighter. Read that book you’ve been putting off. Watch your favorite show. Take a nap. Cry if you need to. Laugh if you can. Or simply do absolutely nothing.

Give your mind permission to rest.

Mental health matters. Grief matters. YOU matter.

And if you’re struggling, please know that it’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to talk to someone. It’s okay to admit that you’re not okay. You don’t have to carry everything by yourself.

I’ve spent so much time trying to be strong through everything that has happened, but I’m learning that being strong also means knowing when to stop and take care of yourself.

Today, I’m choosing myself, without guilt, without apologies, and without feeling like I have to explain why I need a break.

I hope you choose yourself today, too. 💚

Thank you all for your continued love, patience, understanding, and support.

With love,
C&R Creations 💚

Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Never forget that. 💚

☀️ GOOD MORNING FROM C&R CREATIONS! 💕

Just a few friendly reminders! Please take a moment to read over our ORDERING POLICIES before placing an order. 🛍️

💰 PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO START ALL ORDERS!
Just like any other store, you don’t get to take your purchases home and pay later. 😂 The same applies here! No payment = No order started! Please remember to send your payment screenshot so your order can be confirmed.

🖨️ 3D PRINT ORDERS
Now that we’ve added 3D printing to our services, please understand that some prints take HOURS to complete! These items require time, patience, and attention to detail. I promise to notify you as soon as your order is ready!

📦 INCREASE IN ORDERS
We are experiencing a HUGE increase in orders, and I am beyond grateful for everyone’s support! 🥹💕 However, please be mindful that I ALSO WORK A FULL-TIME JOB! I do my very best to balance my job, personal life, and C&R Creations while making sure every order gets the attention it deserves.

🚨 NO SAME-DAY OR NEXT-DAY ORDERS!
At this time, I am NOT ACCEPTING SAME-DAY OR NEXT-DAY ORDERS. Please plan accordingly and place your orders with enough time for completion.

💕 PLEASE BE PATIENT!
I’m constantly working to make the ordering process as easy and smooth as possible for everyone. Your patience, understanding, and cooperation truly mean so much!

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out! I’m always happy to help.

Thank you for supporting C&R Creations and keeping this small business BUSY! 🩷✨

With love,
C&R Creations 💕

✨ Important Policy Updates for 2026 – Please Read ✨

As C&R Creations continues to grow, I need to make a few policy changes going into 2026. These are necessary to protect my time, workspace, and small business while continuing to provide you with the best quality work.

Please take note of the following:

💳 Deposits Required
• ALL orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin. (Unless it’s a promo those REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT)
• This includes custom designs created specifically for you.
• I will no longer start designing or working on any order without a deposit.
• No exceptions. This helps prevent unpaid time spent designing.

📦 Order Pick-Up Policy
• Orders must be picked up within 3 days of being marked ready.
• After 3 days, orders will be moved to porch pick-up, and reminder messages will no longer be sent.
• This helps reduce inventory taking up space. I am one person working out of my home and need to keep my space organized 😊

⏰ Adding Items to an Order
• If you add items after payment has been made and a completion date has already been given, I can add them.
• HOWEVER, additional items will extend the completion time, and the original quoted date will change.
• I cannot add extra items and still guarantee the same completion date, as I work on a set schedule.

🎨 Changes After Payment
• No changes can be made once an order is paid and confirmed.
• If you request a different design or changes to a confirmed design AFTER confirmation, a $5 redesign fee will apply.
• Additional time may also be needed, as work has likely already begun.

🚪 Porch Pick-Up & Payment
• Payment must be sent before your order is released.
• Due to an increase in unpaid porch pick-ups, orders will not be released without payment.
• Cash payments may be used for deposits but must be given to me before work begins.

🚗 Delivery Option Available
• Local delivery is available for a delivery fee depending on your area .

I truly appreciate every single one of my customers and your continued support. I work alone, from my home, and these policies help protect my time while ensuring everyone receives the best quality orders possible.

Thank you for supporting my dream 💗
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
