Welcome to the Official page for JD Weber Art Studio!
We are thrilled to begin this adventure into the unknown, and we hope you all enjoy the journey as well. "We" are me, JD Weber, my wife and inspiration, and my son. They will make their introductions in due time. "This adventure" refers to my launching of the JD Weber Art Studio and all the products we have, and will have, available for purchase.
The cover photo is of a painting I completed in September 2022, inspired by a similar painting of unknown origin or artist. The painting inspired me, and my wife approved, so this was a gift to her. It is 16"x20", oil on stretched cotton canvas. It took about 18 hours of work to complete all the layers, and another two weeks to completely dry.
JD Weber Art Studio is extremely grateful to those who have supported us in the past, presently, and for those about to join us. Thank you and thank you and thank you. Marrow-deep runs my passion for Art - painting, drawing, crafting, sewing, singing, acting, dancing (privately!!!), writing, creating, imagining, speaking, learning.
I am a member of the Las Vegas Artist Guild, and I volunteer regularly at the LVAG Gallery located at the Galleria Mall in Henderson, Nevada. The Guild motto is "Artists Helping Artists", and that simply philosophy was enough to draw me in. My original paintings, sculptures, figurines, books, and other creations can be viewed and purchased during my volunteer hours at the Gallery. There will be posts regarding dates & times I will be at the Gallery.
