Trends are exhausting. 😮‍💨 They’re the fast-fashion of the housing world - fun for a season, landfill-bound by the next. When we discuss silent luxury, we’re talking about the refusal to be dated.

My goal isn’t to give you a home that’s ‘in’ for 2026; it’s to select a slab of Calacatta marble or a hand-forged bronze fixture that will still command the room in 2046. If you want a space that screams ‘now,’ I’m probably not your guy. If you want a legacy that whispers, we should talk.

They say “time is the only luxury you can’t buy,” so I spend mine pretty carefully. ⏳ When you’re sourcing stone from quarries in Carrara or custom lighting from Venetian workshops, the nine-hour time jump means my first espresso is usually paired with handling emails and international logistics with Europe.
After a quick reset at the gym to clear my head, it’s out to the sites. Whether we’re checking the millwork on a new build in Summerlin or overseeing a foundation pour for a coastal retreat in Costa Rica, being on the ground is non-negotiable. I’m there to support my team and ensure the integrity of the materials is being respected.
I finish every evening with a clean slate. I don’t believe in carrying yesterday’s baggage into tomorrow’s creative process. Every morning deserves a fresh perspective and a sharp eye.

Most people look at a room and see furniture. I look at a room and see the hands that made it.

True quality is found in the seamless joinery of a custom cabinet or the way a hand-applied lime wash catches the desert sun at 4 PM. We don’t do ‘cozy’- we do intentional. When you invest in artisans rather than assembly lines, durability becomes a part of the aesthetic. Whether it’s a coastal retreat in Costa Rica or a penthouse back home, the language of craftsmanship remains universal.

I’m happy to share a look inside our kitchen. When designing a property, selecting the right appliances is just as critical as the structural layout. They need to integrate seamlessly into the space and function perfectly for both daily life and hosting.

I love seeing how Dior seamlessly moves from the fashion world into the objects we live with.

This small Maison capsule immediately reflects the new cruise ready-to-wear collection. 🐛 Seeing that design narrative carry over so quickly into pieces like the trinket trays and regular trays is incredibly refreshing. The concept resonated with us so much that Luis and I immediately bought the book tote and T-shirt, and I’ve already placed the trays with a client for their own space. 💚

When a design narrative is this strong, it easily moves from the runway straight into the interior architecture.

A collection of moments from my time in Los Angeles. Honestly, there was so much going on and I was having such a great time catching up with friends, enjoying the Cruise collection, and hanging out at the Dior Café that I completely forgot to take enough photos myself.

Sometimes the best trips are the ones where you’re too busy enjoying the moment to pull out your phone. Here is a mix of highlights and favorite memories from the week.

I was absolutely overwhelmed with excitement attending the Cruise 2027 show. This was a massive moment to witness in person - it was the first time in Dior’s history that the men’s and women’s collections walked the runway together.

As someone who loves storytelling, the narrative behind this collection was incredible. The entire show paid homage to Hollywood’s golden age, specifically drawing from Alfred Hitchcock’s 1950 film Stage Fright. It notes back to when Marlene Dietrich famously gave Hitchcock the ultimate ultimatum: “No Dior, no Dietrich.” Jonathan Anderson brought that cinematic history to life, even recreating a classic 1949 couture jacket from the movie. The energy carried right into the showroom. It felt like stepping onto a vintage film set filled with classic cars, and lampposts reminiscent of the lights outside of Lima. It was a complete whirlwind of fun and an unforgettable story to be a part of.

We just landed at the Beverly Hills Hotel to get settled before Jonathan Anderson’s first cruise show at LACMA.

As always, was so nice to prepare a few essentials, to commemorate the collection, so I wanted share them with you. 🤍

My favorite piece is the keychain. It has this car symbol with cannage detailing, complete nod to Disney’s Cars.

A pool shouldn’t feel like an afterthought or a separate blue rectangle in the yard. When done right, it acts as a natural extension of the home’s architecture. The best outdoor spaces focus on the transition. We look for materials that bridge the gap between the interior flooring and the terrace, ensuring the flow feels uninterrupted.
