A custom grad cap for the girls who earned the degree and looked fabulous doing it. ✨🎓

Hand-decorated with flowers, butterflies, glitter, and a whole lot of determination. Every petal, sparkle, and detail celebrates the late nights, hard work, and big dreams that made this moment possible.

✨ FIRST MARKET ALERT ✨

This Friday is my very first in-person market at Last Friday Boulder City and the craft tornado has officially entered Category 5 🌪️🎨

The last 5 days have been a blur of paint, glitter, rhinestones, flowers, sticker piles, half-finished cokes, and me asking “where did I JUST put that?” every 12 minutes 😭

The chaos has been strong… but so has the excitement 💖
Come shop handmade goodies, and premade craft bundles, say hi, and witness the beautiful disaster that is getting ready for your first market 😂✨

🎨 Watercolor Pencils: Tiny Color Wizards ✨
Watercolor pencils look like regular colored pencils… until you add water 💧🖌️
Then suddenly your sketch melts into dreamy watercolor magic.
Why artists love them:
🖍️ Easy to control like a pencil
🌈 Soft watercolor effect with water
📖 Perfect for journals, sketchbooks, and mixed media
🎨 Great for beginners and experienced artists
✨ Less messy than traditional watercolor paints
How to use them:

Draw like normal colored pencils

Dip a brush in water

Blend over the color

Watch the pigment bloom like a tiny rainbow storm ☁️🌈

Bonus tip:
Use them dry for details and wet for soft backgrounds. Best of both art worlds 🎭

Not all glue is created equal. Some are tiny superheroes for paper crafts… others are chaos in a bottle if used on the wrong project 😅 Here’s a quick guide to popular crafting glues and what they work best for:

✂️ Glue Sticks
Perfect for paper, lightweight cardstock, and kid-friendly crafts. Less mess, quick drying, easy cleanup.

🎨 School Glue / PVA Glue
Great for paper crafts, slime, and basic projects. Dries clear and works well for everyday crafting.

💎 Tacky Glue
A thicker, stronger glue that grips fast. Perfect for felt, fabric, wood, buttons, and layered embellishments.

✨ Glue Pens
Best for tiny details, fine lines, and precision work. Amazing for rhinestones, lettering, and glitter accents.

🔥 Hot Glue
The crafting gladiator ⚔️ Fast drying and strong for wood, faux florals, bows, foam, and heavier decorations. Watch those fingertips though… hot glue shows no mercy.

🧵 Fabric Glue
Designed specifically for fabric projects when sewing isn’t the vibe. Great for patches, ribbons, and textile crafts.

🌈 Spray Adhesive
Perfect for large surfaces, collages, and mounting paper smoothly without wrinkles.

💍 Super Glue
Strong and fast for small repairs, charms, metal pieces, and hard surfaces. A little goes a long way.

🎀 Craft tip: Always test your glue on scrap material first. The wrong glue can turn a cute project into a sticky spaghetti disaster 🍝✨

Two colorful cousins in the art world, but they create very different vibes.
🖍️ Soft Pastels
Soft pastels are powdery, blendable, and dreamy. They feel almost like painting with chalk clouds.
Perfect for:

Blending soft skies & sunsets

Portraits

Layering colors

Smudgy, textured art

✨ Look:
Velvety, matte, airy
⚠️ Heads up:
They can get messy fast. Your fingers will become part of the artwork by accident. Pastel dust everywhere like a tiny art tornado.

🌈 Oil Pastels
Oil pastels are creamy, bold, and rich in color. Think buttery crayons with extra drama.
Perfect for:

Bright colorful art

Thick texture

Layered details

Mixed media projects

✨ Look:
Smooth, vibrant, glossy
⚠️ Heads up:
They do not fully dry, so artwork can smudge if not protected.

🎨 Main Difference
Soft pastels blend like smoke.
Oil pastels glide like frosting.
Both are fun. Both are messy. Both somehow end up on your sleeves.
