It’s Kourtney Kelley your Elmore Street Marketplace Mgr here.

It’s time to make the update everyone has been asking and waiting for.
It’s Official - We’re headed South.
A BLOCK SOUTH THAT IS!
I am SO excited to announce that Elmore Street Marketplace is moving just a block over - next to the infamous Bald Eagle Speed Shop!

So many begged, pleaded, and reached out with the warmest well wishes and hoped that we would STAY in the community, that we could “somehow” STAY in Lecompton or somewhere close..
It brings me nothing more than pure JOY to say that we are doing exactly that!

Now que those silly “I didn’t even know Nick had a sister” comments here.. But I can’t help but brag about this big brother of mine as I explain how this amazing location and opportunity came to be. When what felt like my world was crashing down all around me, this cool, calm, dude casually walks in to my shop hours after getting back from vacation, cracks a few jokes, helps himself to some candy and leaves me with “I have some thinking to do” and within a few days, he and I are standing in his garage bay discussing how I can build a retail space on his lot. He created a bit of a *monster* right there. Maybe he regrets it (in secret lol) maybe he doesn’t, but either way - he’s saved his little sister's dream that day and made it better than she ever would have imagined. He helped me present this big idea to the city and with their full support, my dad’s incredible skills, support and far too many years of building experience, my husband not thinking I’ve lost my entire mind but fully being on board with this and helping to see that it can happen (and a village of others ready to jump in) 2026 is going to bring you all an amazing shopping destination - and we truly cannot wait to share it with you all!
So THANK YOU to Nick - for believing in me enough that you're willing to give up your space!
