Are you ready to decorate for Halloween yet? I am, but my shoulder has other plans for me. Have you ever experienced Calcific Tendinitis? Let me tell you, it's a pain comparable to a kidney stone in your shoulder. Worse than childbirth. I got an ultrasound of my shoulder, and a steroid shot Monday which definitely helped with the pain, but I still can't take off my shirt or wash my own hair, brush my teeth or my hair, really can't reach for anything. Apparently you can get this in other parts of your body as well. Have you had it?
