Yesterday, we received a heartbreaking call from a new customer whose flowers were never delivered for a very important occasion.

Unfortunately, we hear stories like this far too often. When flowers don't arrive, it's more than a missed delivery. It's a missed moment that may never come again. ❤️

Many people don't realize that some websites advertising themselves as local florists are actually third-party ordering services. They accept your order but rely on someone else to create and deliver your flowers. They have no address, no designers, no flowers. These "services" then try to pass along your order to a real local florist for a fraction of the amount they have charged you!

Our advice? KNOW YOUR FLORIST! 🌷

Before ordering, take a moment to verify that you're working directly with a trusted local flower shop. To avoid disappointment and aggravation, make sure your florist has a local address and phone number!
