As you probably have heard, we’ve had to move our entire business rather unexpectedly. As a result, I am way behind on responding to everyone, and I apologize. Orders will start trickling out this week as I can and next week it has my full attention so everything will ship by Friday of next week. I will be addressing emails and messages during that time too.
Thank you to everyone who has been patient, and I am so sorry for the issues. This has been a lot and as much as I hate to admit it, it’s taken its toll on my mental health. I’ve been a one woman show for most of the summer. Moving forward, Eco will be online only, and our Etsy and Amazon accounts will reopen once our backlog of orders is done.
The last thing on my list is to find the perfect home for Knit and Purl. I know I don’t have the time and energy to keep up with their grooming and I don’t spin, so all of their gorgeous fur will go to waste. If you are interested in adopting them, please reach out.
