🍭 WE’RE OPEN! 🍿✨
Thank you for all the excitement and questions this week, here’s everything you’ve been asking!

1️⃣ Winter Hours:
For the winter season, we’ll be open Fridays & Saturdays from 12pm–7pm (We’ll adjust hours as needed based on traffic, but this is our schedule for now!)

2️⃣ Spring & Summer Hours:
Yes! Once we head into the warmer months, we plan to open 4–5 days a week, ex: 3–9pm during “in-season.” More sunshine = more treats. TBD☀️

3️⃣ What’s a Dirty Soda?
A dirty soda is a sweet, fizzy, dessert-like drink made by adding flavored syrups, purées, and cream (like half-and-half or coconut cream) to a base soda such as Diet Coke, Dr Pepper, or Sprite. Think: soda fountain meets mocktail, bubbly, fun, and totally customizable. 💥🥤

4️⃣ What is Loaded Popcorn?
Loaded popcorn takes classic popcorn and turns it into a full snack experience, sweet or savory toppings, mix-ins, drizzles, chocolate, caramel, cookies… all the fun. It’s basically popcorn turned into a treat with layers of flavor and crunch. 🍫🍿

5️⃣ What Ice Cream Do We Use?
We’re scooping one of LeRoy’s favorites: Ashby’s Ice Cream! Rich, creamy, and packed with fun flavors , it’s the perfect match for The Sweet Shoppe.

✨ We’re so excited to be open and can’t wait to see you this weekend! Stop in for a dirty soda, a scoop, or a bag of loaded popcorn or all three.

Back in 2020, we painted these words on the side of our original Birch and Beams building as a daily reminder. Today, those words feel more important than ever.

💛 My prayer for our country, community and for each of us is simple: to be kind to one another.

We will be participating in the Witches Walk this year at The Sweet Shoppe at 107 South Chestnut Street (not at 206 East Center Street). It will be a SPOOKY good time!!! 🧙 👻

A message from our family:

We just wanted to take a moment to touch base and say thank you for the incredible love and support you’ve shown us over the past five years. 💛

This Saturday from 11–3 will be the final day of our remodeling sale at Birch and Beams!
With that, we know many of you have been asking: Are you closing? What’s next?
The answer is—we are not closing! We’re reinventing.

Birch and Beams is evolving, and that’s something we’re truly excited about. Over the years, we’ve poured our hearts into helping revitalize our beautiful downtown. That mission has included opening new businesses, welcoming others into our spaces, and doing our best to adapt to the changing needs of this community we love so deeply.This next chapter is no different—it’s about growth, creativity, and stepping into something new.

We’ll be adding new categories to Birch and Beams, and also letting go of some things that no longer serve our vision. Our goal has always been to offer something meaningful, thoughtful, and unique—and we’ll be working hard to bring that standard back to the forefront.

After this Saturday, the store will be temporarily closed for a full remodel and reset.�It’s a fresh start we’ve been needing, and we’re so grateful you’re along for the journey. ❤️

Big changes are happening at Birch and Beams!
We’re in the midst of an exciting transition as we work to clear out excess inventory and make room for fresh ideas coming to downtown Le Roy!
