A Murphy bed, dedicated workspace, and private bath give this guest suite plenty of purpose, whether company is in town or not. 〰

Leaning into all the warm, fall feelings with this one. 🍂 Rich wood, warm florals, and behind that nearly invisible door, a laundry room tucked into what was once a closet. When square footage is limited, every space has an opportunity to do more. 〰

The best rooms give your eye somewhere new to land every time you look. 🐚 Our project was a really fun one to design. We leaned into soft coastal color, natural textures, and unexpected moments to create a living room that feels as dynamic as it does relaxed. 〰

There’s a lot that happens between the vision and the finished home. ✨

This Bolivar remodel has called for plenty of problem solving, coordination, and close collaboration with Prestige Custom Builders to make sure our client’s wish list worked beautifully within the realities of an existing coastal home.

Now that the project is complete, it’s especially rewarding to look back at everything it took to get here. 🤝 〰
