Felt like a great time for this reminder …. Being present in our hometowns matters.
Where we shop matters.
Where we gather matters.
Where we choose to spend our dollars matters.
Because every time we intentionally choose the little shop, the family-owned place, the hometown maker, the local restaurant… we’re doing more than making a purchase.
We’re helping keep a light on.
A door open.
A family dreaming.
A Main Street alive.
A community thriving …
We can’t keep saying we don’t want to lose the heart of our communities while spending in ways that slowly take the heart right out of them.
If there are places we hope our children and grandchildren will someday walk into… places we hope will still be part of the story of home… then we have to be willing to tend to them now.

Spend with intention.
Gather with intention.
Show up with intention.
Because what we savor, we support.
What we support, we strengthen.
And what we intentionally tend to today has a far better chance of still being here tomorrow.
It all matters, precious souls.
Even the seemingly small choices. 🤍
