We just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU! ❤️

The Baker’s Corner is growing, and we are so excited to see our little space becoming a steady home for so many amazing local businesses and creatives. We’re proud to be a place for Food Truck owners, Coffee Trailers, local Bakers, and small business owners to work, create, and grow.

We’re also becoming a beautiful spot for cooking classes, workshops, and community gatherings, and watching this space come to life has been incredibly rewarding.

As a small, locally owned business, we truly could not do this without the support of our community. Every booking, class, shared post, referral, purchase, and kind word makes a difference.

Did you know The Baker’s Corner lets first time users do a test run in our kitchen at a discounted rate?

We know how tight margins can be when starting a new business. When going from your oven at home to a certified commercial kitchen with commercial ovens, temperatures and cook times will vary.

These cookies are a perfect example of why, even we, test recipes in our ovens.

This recipe called for an oven temperature of 350°
After adjusting the time and temp, we settled on 300°.
