We know how tight margins can be when starting a new business. When going from your oven at home to a certified commercial kitchen with commercial ovens, temperatures and cook times will vary.

These cookies are a perfect example of why, even we, test recipes in our ovens.

This recipe called for an oven temperature of 350°
After adjusting the time and temp, we settled on 300°.
