Too many times we would arrive on a job to install flooring someone else had sold a customer only to realize that the sales people knew nothing about the customers needs when they sold them the flooring. The frustration of seeing people being taken advantage of over and over inspired us to open a retail showroom to cater to individual customers needs. We provide custom designing for our customers at no additional charge. We pride ourselves on the relationships we have built with our customers over the past thirteen years.
