Look at the ear on this loaf, y'all! 😍

I was convinced she was overproofed and would fall flat. I made my inclusion loaves at the same time, and they spread more sideways than I wanted—I think I just got a little too generous with the inclusions. 😂

That's the fun (and humbling!) part of sourdough. Every loaf teaches you something, and sometimes the one you expect to fail surprises you the most.

As Dolly Parton says, "The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain." 🌈💛

Sometimes the best things come from trusting the process... even when you're sure it isn't going to work.

🍌 Banana Bread Alert! 🍌

We should have three extra loaves of our homemade banana bread available tomorrow if there's any interest! They won't last long, so send us a message if you'd like us to hold one for you.

🥖 We're also mixing sourdough today, so fresh loaves are on the way.

👀 And behind the scenes, we're busy product testing something new that we're excited to share with you soon. We can't wait to show you what we've been working on!

Can anyone guess what we're going to make with this dehydrated version of Doughlene? 👀🍞 Drop your guesses in the comments—we'd love to hear them!

The Gentrys are officially back home from vacation and getting the ovens fired back up! ❤️ We have two special orders to bake this week, and we're excited to get the stand stocked again with fresh sourdough and baked treats.

And because we missed it while we were away... we're baking ourselves a Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough loaf this week! 🌶🧀 (Sorry, that one's staying at home! 😄)

Thanks for all the support while we were gone. We can't wait to fill the stand again and get fresh bread back out to everyone!
