We are still in the heat of August and the kids have not gone back to school but it is starting to be that time of year when we as quilters decide to start on holiday gifts to make sure they get done (hopefully before Christmas Eve).

Just wanted to remind everyone that the brick-and-mortar Olde Towne Stitchery storefront may be closed but we are still in business and selling on line through Etsy. I have listed thread, a few notions, fabric yardage and many pre-cuts. I mostly sell pre-cuts and panels on line but do buy a few new bolts of fabric from time to time. Old Time Christmas is a new panel just received from Nothcott. This is also one of the current projects I am working on. I cut the top and bottom designs off to leave just the tree area, bordering it with a black with gold dot fabric and then going to decorate it with crystals. More new Christmas arrivals. These are Winterlude by Moda and coordinate with Charm Packs that we have.

I have one more
Christmas panel and two more bolts of fabric that came in from Northcott that I will be showing in the next few days. Will soon be time to start on all those Christmas projects.

I ordered some half jelly rolls of Robert Kaufman fabrics and they are now in and on etsy. One is a roll of pinks and purples polka dots of various sizes called Spot On and the other is a rainbow of colors by Valori Wells.

Another Christmas Panel, this one by Timeless Treasures I like that this one can be quilted and used as is or the sections can be cut apart and used separately for pillows, wall hangings or other decorations.

I also have a Timeless Treasures black fabric with gold pin dots on it that is not part of this line but would look well with it.

Last year at the shop for Christmas I had green and gold Christmas tree panels (Starry Night) from Northcott that people either added crystals to or small twinkle light to make a great wall hanging.

This year Northcott has come out with the same type of panel but this time it is Christmas Wreaths (Starry Night 2). I purchased a bolt of the red (cranberry) wreaths that just came in on Friday. I think I would use the middle of the panel as a square wall hanging and add crystals to it and then use the snowflakes top and bottom to cut into squares to use in another project, maybe a table runner.

I also have a beautiful coordinating red and gold fabric.

Arrived today is the Stonehenge Celebration Panel by Northcott. Would make a pretty holiday wall hanging for Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor day or would make a great start to a Quilt of Valor quilt.
