Same rose, three tiers, zero florist required.

roses around a center of cheese and olives. One fold, endless height.

- 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls
- 1 cup green olives
- 1 cup black olives
- 8 oz cubed cheddar cheese
- Fresh basil, rosemary, and parsley, for garnish
- 1 three-tier glass pedestal stand

⏱️ Time: 60–75 minutes

Five folds, one package of salami, endless occasions.

A heart, a bow tie, a tulip cup, a butterfly, a fan — each one takes
three simple steps and turns a plain slice into the prettiest bite
on the board.

One easy layer, repeated across three tiers.

Cucumber ribbons, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella pearls build the
base — then the same salami rose tops every single cup. No two cups
need to match perfectly for the whole tower to look intentional.

Same salami. Five completely different looks.

A classic rose, a loose bloom, a cone, a pinwheel, a cornucopia —
every shape starts with one flat slice and takes seconds once you
know the fold. No special tools, no cooking, just a skewer and a
little patience.

My grandmother used to say a table tells you how much you care
before anyone takes a bite.

I didn't understand that until I moved into a house with a yard big
enough to actually use. My first summer here, I hosted a small
dinner and set everything up inside, at the kitchen island, out of
habit. Halfway through prep, I looked out the window at the garden
in full bloom and thought — why am I hiding all of this indoors?

So I carried the whole spread outside. Table by table, board by
board, out onto the lawn under a white cloth, with the trees and
flowers doing half the decorating for me. It took three trips and
one small crisis when the wind almost took the tablecloth with it.

But once everything was set — the jar of salami roses standing tall
in the center, the cheese board fanned out below it, the little cups
lined up on either side like guests waiting to be greeted — it
stopped looking like food on a table. It looked like the garden and
the kitchen had finally met each other.

Nobody wanted to go back inside that night. We ate slowly, refilled
plates without being asked, and stayed out until the light went gold
and then gray.

My grandmother was right. The table said everything before anyone
sat down.

One skewer, four steps, one showstopper platter.

Cheese cube base, a fold of salami, an olive, and a crown of cherry
tomato — repeat it twenty times and arrange it around a salami rose
centerpiece for a sunburst that looks like it came from a caterer.

I share this with you in exchange for a simple THANK YOU 🙏 It means the world! ❤️

This little tree takes four steps and zero baking.

Folded salami ruffles stack into a cone, a pickle holds it upright,
and a star-shaped cheese topper finishes it off. It's the easiest
holiday centerpiece you'll make all season.

⏱️ Time: 10 minutes per tree

Master all six and watch your entire charcuterie game change in a week.

Same salami. Endless looks.

These skewers look like something off a curated catering spread, but every shape starts with one flat slice and a fold. A fan, a rosette, a cone, an accordion, a bow — no special tools, no cooking,

just a skewer and a little patience.
