Sheriff Jimmy Oliver is honored to announce the promotion of Drew Binkley to Captain of Detectives at the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. A lifelong resident, born and raised in Marshall County, Captain Binkley has dedicated over two decades to serving his community. He began his career with the Sheriff’s Office in 2005 as a dispatcher, gaining foundational experience in department operations. In 2011, he graduated from the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy and transitioned to the role of Patrol Deputy. He was promoted to Detective in 2014. In his new role, he will oversee the Criminal Investigations Division, continuing his exemplary service to the community he calls home.
