At Famous Pink Cleaning, we truly value every customer who chooses us to care for their home or business. To provide reliable service to everyone, we ask that all customers review and respect our booking terms and policies when scheduling an appointment.
Our policies are not designed to make booking difficult—they are in place to respect everyone’s time and keep our schedule fair.
When you reserve an appointment, we set aside a specific time for you and schedule cleaning professionals based on the size and needs of your job. Once that time is reserved, we may have to turn away another customer who requested the same appointment.
Last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, lockouts, or significant changes to a scheduled service can affect not only our cleaning team, but also other customers who were waiting for an available appointment.

Keep appointments organized and arrive as scheduled.
Provide fair availability to customers waiting for service.
Properly staff each cleaning based on the scope of work.
Reduce last-minute cancellations and scheduling disruptions.
We understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up. Our goal is always to be reasonable and work with our customers whenever possible. At the same time, we must maintain policies that are fair and consistent for everyone.
By booking with Famous Pink Cleaning, you acknowledge and agree to our booking terms, including applicable deposit, cancellation/rescheduling, lockout, payment, and service policies.

Famous Pink Cleaning — Booking Terms & Policies is as follows
By booking services with Famous Pink Cleaning, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. Booking & Acceptance
Clients must receive and accept the booking policies before their appointment is confirmed. Each booking confirmation should identify the service, approved extras, price, and scheduled arrival window.
2. Deposit & Payment
A $50.00 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total service cost. The remaining balance will be charged to the authorized card on file upon completion. Additional services require client approval before work begins.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests received with less notice incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. Any deposit already paid will count toward that fee.
4. Property Access & Lockouts
Clients must provide working entry instructions, keys, gate codes, and alarm instructions before the appointment. A $35.00 lockout fee applies if the client forgets the appointment and the team cannot access the property.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee:
Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, with photos when available. Famous Pink Cleaning will arrange a return visit to address missed items included in the purchased service. Clients must provide reasonable access for that visit.
6. Cleaning Scope & Extras:
Services are limited to the checklist for the selected cleaning package and approved extras. Interior appliances, interior cabinets, windows, laundry, dishes, organizing, and debris removal are included only when specifically listed in the booking.
7. Property Condition & Quote Changes:
Quotes are based on the information provided, including property size, condition, and requested work. If the actual condition requires additional labor, the team will explain the proposed price or scope change and obtain approval before proceeding. If approval is declined, the parties must agree on what can be completed within the original scope. Pricing is based on square footage, bedroom/bathroom count and the current condition of the home. Deep-clean pricing shown is a starting estimate and may be adjusted for excessive buildup, pet hair, clutter or additional requested services.
8. Client Preparation:
Please pick up clothing, toys, paperwork, and personal belongings so surfaces are accessible. Secure valuables, cash, jewelry, fi****ms, and fragile items. Electricity, running water, and a safe working temperature must be available.
9. Pets, Children & Occupants:
Pets must be secured when needed for safe cleaning. Clients remain responsible for supervising children and other occupants. Our team does not provide childcare or pet supervision.
10. Post-Construction & Move-Out Services:
Construction work should be complete before final cleaning. Returning dust, ongoing trades, paint removal, adhesive removal, and construction debris require a clearly agreed scope. Additional visits are separately priced unless included. Move-out cleaning does not guarantee a landlord’s security-deposit refund.
11. Hazardous Conditions & Excluded Work:
Unless separately agreed upon and appropriately equipped, services exclude mold remediation, blood, needles, sewage, substantial animal or human waste, active infestations, and hazardous chemicals. Unsafe conditions may require stopping or postponing service.
12. Surface Condition & Cleaning Results:
Cleaning may not remove permanent stains, rust, discoloration, etching, scratches, or damage. Clients must disclose delicate surfaces, loose fixtures, and manufacturer care requirements. The team may decline a method likely to damage a surface.
13. Heavy Items & Height Limits:
Cleaners do not move heavy appliances or furniture or work at unsafe heights. Clients should arrange access behind heavy items before the appointment.
14. Damage & Incident Reporting:
Our team will report known incidents promptly. Clients should report suspected damage as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, with photos and relevant details. Famous Pink Cleaning will review the concern and coordinate an appropriate response. Reporting deadlines should not automatically eliminate rights provided by law.
15. Photos & Privacy:
Service photos may be taken for documentation, quality control, or damage reporting. We avoid photographing identifying documents, people, or sensitive belongings. Protecting keys, access codes, and client information.
16. Recurring Services & Scheduling:
Recurring appointments follow the agreed frequency and scope. Changes to pricing or service terms will be communicated before they take effect. Arrival windows are estimates; clients will be notified of significant delays.
17. Cleaner Safety & Respectful Conduct:
We have zero tolerance for harassment, inappropriate advances, threats, or unsafe behavior toward our cleaning personnel. If a cleaner feels uncomfortable or believes their safety is compromised because of such conduct, they are instructed to leave immediately. The full scheduled service price will be charged, and authorities may be contacted when warranted.
