I have a hard time walking away from a fabulous rug.

Especially when vintage shopping, if I find one I love, I buy it. I may not know exactly where it’s going yet... but I’ll find it a home.

From deer and tiger motifs to traditional patterns paired with bold geometrics, a statement rug can completely shift the energy of a room.

My advice? Don’t get too caught up in where something will go when you truly love it. The best rooms are often built from pieces collected along the way. ✨

Another fabulous day at High Point Market!

Catching up with friends, discovering beautiful new things, and finding inspiration around every corner.

The Ticking Tent was full of unexpected treasures, including ostrich egg candlesticks and sea urchin candlesticks. Just the kind of quirky details I LOVE!

And to top it all off, a wonderful dinner with . Good friends, great design, and plenty of things to talk about. What more could I ask for?

A playful door knocker, an unexpected wall planter, a wallpapered light switch, a fabulous lampshade... these are the little moments that give a room its personality.

I love finding opportunities to make even the most functional details feel special. Because when every choice has a little thought (and a little fun!) behind it, the whole room comes to life.

Never underestimate the finishing touches.
