Something BIG is happening for My3littlesunshines!

We’ve been busy putting together more kits that are going out, but behind the scenes, God has been opening a really special door for us.

I’m SO excited to share that My3littlesunshines will soon be partnering with a sweet friend to have our kits available at a NEW place! 🥹💛

I can’t share all the details just yet… but I promise, this is one announcement you’re going to want to watch for!

What makes this even more special to me is the friendship behind it. God has a beautiful way of bringing people into our lives at exactly the right time. Different seasons, different circumstances, different paths — and somehow He brings it all together when we least expect it.

I’m so thankful for this friendship, this opportunity, and for the way God continues to use something as simple as creativity to open doors and bring people together.

A little progress on this piece today.

Step 2 is finished, and I’m really enjoying watching this one come together. I don’t always have a plan when I start painting. Sometimes I just pick up a brush and see where it takes me.

I think that’s one of the things I love most about creating. It gives me a reason to slow down and notice the beauty around me.

The colors in the sky, the way the sun comes up and goes down, the little details we can easily rush past… God is constantly creating beautiful things right in front of us.

And I’m reminded that creativity really is a gift from Him.

Still a few more steps to go on this one, but I’m enjoying the process.

Sometimes all it takes is five minutes…

Skylar has been asking me to paint for a little while now, but if I’m being honest, this mama has just been too tired to pull everything out and get started. 😅

Tonight, I finally did it… and you know what? It literally took me five minutes to get everything ready.

And then I watched her create. 💕

Her creativity still amazes me every single time. The ideas she comes up with, the way she sees things, and the talent God has given her it honestly leaves me in awe. I sometimes wonder if she realizes just how special that gift is. 🥹

“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works…” Ephesians 2:10

God gives each of us gifts, and I pray I never get so busy or tired that I miss the opportunity to nurture the gifts He placed inside my children.

Tonight was a good reminder for this mama: sometimes the thing that feels like too much work is actually just five minutes away. And those five minutes can turn into something beautiful.

Keep creating, Skylar. Keep dreaming. Keep using the gifts God gave you. 💗

⚽️⚾️🏈 Life is BUSY over here! 🏈⚾️⚽️

Between practices, games, school, and all the running around that comes with having kids in sports, our days can feel nonstop! But one thing we’ve continued to make time for is art.

For us, art is rest. It’s a chance to slow down, sit together, create, laugh, and just enjoy being a family. ❤️ And that’s exactly why we continue working on our My3littlesunshines kits!

There’s something so special about creating together. 🤍🐴

I’ve spent the last week painting and giving Skylar’s room a little glow-up. She absolutely loves horses, so I wanted to draw something special for her to hang in her room.

I drew the horse… and then Brady stepped in with his amazing shading skills! I’ll be the first to admit, shading is NOT my strength, but it’s something Brady has such a natural ability for. Watching his creativity come to life is incredible.

What started as my drawing became something we created together each of us adding our own little piece to make the finished artwork. And honestly, that’s one of my favorite parts of creativity: it doesn’t have to be perfect, and you don’t have to do it alone. Sometimes the most beautiful creations happen when we work as a team. ❤️

I’m so proud of Brady and his creativity, and I love that through My3littlesunshines, we get to keep creating, learning, and sharing that creativity together.

These little ceramic kits have become so much more than just a product to my kids. ❤️

They’re learning to create.

They’re learning to dream.

They’re learning what it feels like to put their own idea out into the world.

And they’re learning that sometimes the biggest joy comes from giving someone else the opportunity to be creative.

Every time we make a sale, they immediately start talking about what we can make next. 😂

“Can we get this mold?”
“What about an animal one?”
“Can we make more?”
“What if we made a whole new set?”

Their excitement is contagious. 🥰

We haven’t sold a ton and that’s okay. We aren’t trying to rush this.

We just want to slowly share what we’re creating with more families and hopefully bring a little screen-free creativity, joy, and sunshine into their homes.

And most importantly, we want everything we do to reflect the love God has given us.

Thank you for being here and watching these three little sunshines grow this dream.

There’s something so special about watching creativity pass from one generation to the next.

My Dad always loved working with his hands. From bending metal into unique tables, creating different wooden designs to birdhouses in his later years, he was always creating something.

I grew up watching him and seeing the joy it brought him. I knew my creativity came from him.
He was always my biggest supporter, and I’ll never forget the way his face lit up when I gave him my first painting, he was in such shock and couldn’t believe I created that.

Today, on his birthday, I’m missing him a little extra. But I also see so much of him in my own children as they create, imagine, and dream up new things. ❤️

I’m so thankful for the memories, for the creativity he passed down to me, and for getting to watch that creativity continue through his grandkids. They bring you up each time they are doing a new project and it fills my heart to know that they admire you as much as I did!

Happy birthday, Dad. I know you’d be so proud. ❤️Jess Brwn

One of my favorite parts of this little business has nothing to do with selling. ❤️

It’s watching my kids light up when someone chooses one of their kits.

They get so excited thinking about another child sitting down, opening their little package, picking up the paintbrush, and creating something of their own.

They talk about which molds we should make next, which animals would be fun, what colors we should include, and all the different creations they want to dream up.

We may be a small little business, but to them, it feels like something BIG.

Their hope is simple: spread a little creativity, a little joy, and a whole lot of God’s love through something they made together. ❤️

🌞💛 WHY I CREATE

I’ve always loved art.

There’s just something about taking a blank piece, an idea, some paint, and a little imagination—and turning it into something completely your own. 🎨

But the older I’ve gotten, the more I’ve realized that creativity is about so much more than making something pretty.

It’s a gift.

God has given each of us unique gifts, talents, ideas, and abilities. ✨ And I believe we’re meant to use those gifts—not just for ourselves, but to bring joy, encouragement, beauty, and connection to others.

That’s a big part of the heart behind My3littlesunshines. 🌞

I want these kits to give children and families an opportunity to:
🎨 Create
💭 Imagine
🖌️ Explore
💕 Spend time together
✨ And be proud of something they made with their own hands

This little business is still growing, and I’m learning so much along the way.
