Owner will make all decisions on store credits and disco
unts. For all Engraving and Embroidery orders over $200, a down payment of half of the total order must be paid by customer. If there needs to be a pricing modification to the order, these changes will be made at the time of pickup. If artwork has to be completely modified, edited, and digitized, the charge begins at $35.00 and goes up with each major phase of development. Each subsequent change will cost $30 extra. Please specify EXACTLY what you want when placing orders. We will not change colors, alter artwork, or modify designs without written authorization or request. Aesthetic modifications are up to the client. Ultimately, the artwork that is used will be what you have given us, or have or asked us to use, unless you communicate exact modifications before production in writing. We will not modify or alter projects/orders unless we are given written (letter/email) directions to do so by the designated individuals who placed the order. Design variables for simultaneous orders will be completed individually as requested at time of order, even if the client requests or approves of certain changes later to one but not the other. You must specify all changes to all orders separately. This must be done in writing, before production begins. If you come to the shop, expect professionalism but understand that we do not tolerate grumpy complaining people or dysfunctional/unstable types. We love our customers, but we also push back when dealing with overbearing people. Nothing is ever gained by giving into these types. We will show you the door and politely ask you to leave.
