There’s something pretty special about a client who trusts you enough to take a design risk. 🤎

This office was a chance to do something a little unexpected. We color-drenched the entire room in SW Sommelier, brought in a new chandelier and window treatments, layered in a mix of meaningful artwork and new finds for a custom gallery wall, and finished it all with furniture that made the space feel complete.

It’s bold. It’s a little daring. And it feels so them.

But honestly, one of our favorite parts of this project was having a client who trusted the vision, even when it meant stepping outside the box.

Because sometimes the rooms that feel the most like you are the ones you never would have imagined for yourself. ✨

It’s officially spooky season, and we’re soaking up all the rainy, fall vibes today. 🍂🕯️

Sometimes (okay, most of the time), we spend so much time curating the perfect social media post, finding the right words, and scheduling it for just the right moment. And then other times, I look around and think… this. This is what I want to share.

The raw, unedited moments. The little things that make a house feel like home. The feeling of looking around your space and simply loving what you see.

Because that’s what interior design is really all about, isn’t it? Creating spaces that inspire us, bring us joy, and make the everyday feel a little more special.

So here’s to that. 🥂 To the little bits of spooky decor, the rainy fall days, and posting at 10 PM when the algorithm probably couldn’t care less.

Not everything has to be perfectly planned to be worth sharing. 🤎

Unfortunately, people really do judge a book by its cover. 🤷🏼‍♀️

And honestly? I don’t think that’s necessarily a bad thing when it comes to purchasing a home.

The way a home feels when someone first walks through the door matters. Before they notice the square footage, the countertops, or the upgrades, they’re taking in the overall feeling of the space.

That’s why I’ve always believed staging should be about more than just putting pretty furniture in a room. It’s about creating that feeling—the one that makes a buyer pause and think, “I could see myself living here.”

Every home has a different story to tell, and I love figuring out how to tell it. 🤍

No copy-and-paste installs. No making every house look the same. Just thoughtful design, intentional details, and a little Hartman Homes magic. 🪄

We are firm believers that the best homes don’t look like they came from one showroom. They have a little history. A little personality. A mix of old and new. A few things that don’t quite match—but somehow make everything else work better. 🪴

We love a beautifully curated space, but curated doesn’t have to mean coordinated. In fact, some of the most interesting rooms are the ones that feel like they’ve been collected over time rather than ordered all at once.

Your home should tell your story, not a retailer’s.

Because the goal isn’t to create a perfect room. It’s to create a home that feels perfectly yours. 🏠 ✨

One of our biggest goals with styling and staging these three homes was to make sure that each one felt completely different from the next. Different architecture, different personality, different story.

That’s also at the heart of how we approach every Hartman Homes staging install. We don’t have a “copy and paste” method. We don’t walk into a home and recreate the same look we used in the last one. Every space deserves to be thoughtfully considered, curated and styled specifically for that home.

Our goal is always to make the staging feel like it belongs there, not like it was simply brought there.

We’re incredibly thankful to each of these teams for trusting us with such a meaningful part of the process. Getting to bring the finishing layer to a home that has been thoughtfully designed and built from the ground up is something we never take for granted.
