Behind every successful small business is a strong support system, and for Midland Cooking Company, that’s my wife.

While many of you see the food, the long days, and the smiles at the window, what you don’t always see is the countless hours, sacrifices, encouragement, and hard work she puts in behind the scenes. On top of working hard outside of Midland Cooking Company, she still finds ways to support this dream, help keep things moving, and be my biggest cheerleader through all the ups and downs.

This business wouldn’t be where it is today without her love, patience, and dedication. I’m beyond grateful for everything she does, both seen and unseen.
