💚 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 💚

Today, we’re putting the ribbon, the florals, the orders, the deadlines, and all the Goods aside for just a moment to talk about something that matters far more: each other.

Here at Whittick’s Design Collective, we know what it means to be aware of our own mental health — and to approach the mental health of others with empathy, patience, kindness, and understanding.

Sometimes the people who seem the strongest are carrying things we cannot see. Sometimes a simple “How are you, really?” can mean more than we realize. And sometimes, we need to ask ourselves that same question.

On World Mental Health Day, take a little time to check in. Check in with yourself. Check in with a friend. Call someone you love. Send the text you've been meaning to send. Remind someone that they matter and that you're thinking about them. 💚

And remember that caring for yourself isn't something you have to earn. Your mental health matters, too. YOU MATTER.

From all of us at Whittick’s Design Collective, we're sending a little extra kindness into the world today. We hope you'll help us pass it along.

Who are you checking in on today? 💚 Tag them, text them, call them — or let them know they're on your mind.
