SALES SUPPORT – FLOORING SHOWROOM
Kauai Flooring & Interiors’ mission is to provide excellent quality floor coverings and outstanding sales and service to our clients at our Lihue retail showroom.
As a team Member at Kauai Flooring & Interiors, you are a team player, customer service oriented, highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications and email. This is a full-time position, working weekdays from 9am to 5:30pm, and reports to the General Manager and Owner.
The Sales Support candidate has the ability to:
- Communicate well with Sales, the Installation Team, customers, and vendors
- Provide good customer service skills when greeting customers in the showroom and answering phones
- Assist Sales with paperwork, administrative tasks, and scheduling of flooring installation jobs
- Learn and perform tasks in the company’s software system
- Order, track, and receive all flooring materials ordered
- Order showroom and warehouse supplies
- Process customer payments and paperwork
- Process receipts that assist the Accounting Department
- Other support as needed or at the direction of the manager
Compensation:
- Base Salary of $3,200 to $3,800 monthly DOE + generous monthly incentive bonus based on the store’s performance
- Medical/Dental/Vision insurance after 90 days of employment

Requirements/qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Supporting a sales & operations team, or multiple departments
- Experience in the floor covering industry is desirable
- Experience using QFloors, or point-of-sale software is a plus
- High School diploma minimum
