We designed a new sunroom and kitchen addition for this ranch-style farmhouse near Martell, NE, creating more room to gather, relax, and enjoy the outdoors.

Large windows fill the new and existing spaces with natural light, while the expanded kitchen, dining area, and patio create a welcoming connection between the home and its surroundings. The addition also adds a new mudroom, walk-in pantry, and larger primary bath and closet. This brought in more comfort, function, and flexibility to everyday living.

We designed a full first floor remodel for David and Julie Ortman’s 1941 brick Cape Cod in the Morton Meadows neighborhood in Omaha. Took out the wall between the kitchen and dining room and added a new kitchen peninsula and remodeled first floor bath, bedroom, and office. We always enjoy hearing how happy our clients are with their finished projects!

This was a Modern contemporary design meets hilltop living in this custom ICF home in Emerald, NE.
This house features clean shed roof lines, a master suite with a floating cantilevered porch, and a spacious back deck designed to take advantage of the surrounding views. With 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a massive basement recreation room, this home was designed for both comfortable everyday living and entertaining.
A modern home with a view for sure! And it comes with the performance of ICF construction.

A perfect master suite addition that feels like it was always part of the home!

Designed to complement the existing brick facade, this new addition blends beautifully with the original two-story ranch home in Lazy Acres, Southwest Lincoln, NE. Inside, the spacious master suite creates a spa-like retreat complete with a built-in sauna, while the walk-out basement below adds new space for family recreation.

The project also included a kitchen remodel, bringing updated function and comfort throughout the home!

This modern ADU in Lincoln was designed to fit naturally into its established neighborhood while adding an independence space for friends and renters.
The dark exterior contrasts beautifully with the existing home and surrounding trees, while tall ceilings and clerestory windows bring plenty of natural light inside.
Plus, an attached garage and shared deck make this compact space both comfortable and functional. 🚗🚙

This is true to our belief that design can make even a small space feel like home🤍

Thank God we were all safe - Can’t believe it’s been a year: to August 9, 2025 when 92 mph winds took out our big maple tree in our back yard. After ripping the whole roof off we added a third floor attic and built the old girl back up better and more beautiful than she ever was. Big thanks to Highlander Contracting and additional thanks to ISW Custom Builders and Big Step Construction for all their help in rebuilding our home.
