My Story

Jennifer Brennan-Owner of Babycakes Creations

Thank you for stopping by my little space on Facebook! I am a wife, mother, Veteran and work full time. I also love to volunteer with a local Therapy Riding Program. Needless to say, we lead a very busy life. Why then would I chose to start a business? I LOVE to craft and making different creations. I finally found an avenue that sparked my interest in running a business. Who doesn’t want to be their own boss, set their own hours? I’m super excited to see where this journey takes me.

How did I do it? I came across this neat new product at a craft show a couple years ago. This person used chalk paste and silk screen stencils to make her designs. WOW!! How easy is that? I decided to go all in, jump on the band wagon.

Why Babycakes Creations? I know, I know, Babycakes Creations sounds like I make cupcakes, or bake. While I do love to bake and love me some cupcakes, that is not what the name is for. My wonderful husband calls me Babycakes, so when I needed to come up with a business name, I just had to use it. I am now and forever “Babycakes”.
